Privacy policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
FarLeads helps people find sales leads and remote work. It is run by Faique Ali Raza, who is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy says what is collected, why, and what you can do about it, in plain words.
What we collect from you
- Your sign-in name, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days.
- What you add to your profile: name, contact details, work history, your CV file, what you sell and who your ideal client is.
- What you do in FarLeads: saved and hidden items, applications, notes, follow-up dates, saved searches and AI drafts.
- A record of failed sign-ins, including the internet address they came from, kept for a short time to stop password guessing.
Conversations with the assistant stay in your own browser and are not stored on our servers.
Business and work information in FarLeads
FarLeads shows information that is already public: business names, addresses and listed phone numbers, job listings, company websites, public filings, public data sets and public contract notices.
That can include people at work: their name, job title, the company they work for, a work email or work phone that was published, and a link to a public profile. A work email appears only if it was published, and we never work one out from a name. We do not use leaked data, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not read LinkedIn itself.
If a record is about you, you can ask us to correct or remove it. Once removed, you will not be shown or collected again. You can object to this use at any time.
Why we use it
- To run the service you asked for and keep your work saved (our agreement with you).
- To keep FarLeads secure and stop abuse (our legitimate interest).
- To show public business information to people looking for clients (our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI features
When you press an AI button, the text that task needs is sent to an AI provider to write the answer. For job applications that can include your profile and CV. Nothing is sent until you press the button. AI output can be wrong, so it is labelled as a draft: check it before you use it. Fit scores only help you sort your own list; no decision with legal or similar effect is made about anyone automatically.
Who handles your data
We use trusted providers for website hosting, the database, background processing and AI. They handle data only to provide their service to us. Some of them are outside your country, including in the United States, and use the safeguards the law requires for such transfers. We share data with others only if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
FarLeads uses one essential cookie, for signing in, and stores your light or dark choice in your browser. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays while you use FarLeads. You can delete your profile and CV yourself on the Profile page. Failed sign-in records are removed after a short time. Ask us to close your account and we will delete the rest.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to or limit how it is used. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Your connection is encrypted, each account's work is kept apart, and sign-ins are limited to stop guessing. No online service can promise perfect security. If a breach affected you, we would tell you as the law requires.
Children
FarLeads is for adults using it for work. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. For any privacy question or request, contact Faique Ali Raza, the person who gave you access to FarLeads.
